Groupe Mach Inc. (MACH) and the company NSE Services Techniques & Logistiques, an affiliate of DRAKKAR Aeronautics & Ground Transportation, have officially broken ground marking the start of work on 200,000 square feet building located in the heart of the brand new Innoparc Albatros district, in Saint-Eustache.
Focused on sustainable development, this business district is becoming a true hub of cutting-edge technologies on the North Shore of Montreal. It offers an exceptional environment to companies that choose to settle there.
NSE Services Techniques & Logistiques, which is one of the first tenant companies, will occupy 135,000 square feet of this space in order to carry out its operations aimed at the reception, storage, kitting, assembly and shipping of parts and state-of-the-art equipment for major clients in the transport sector.
Thus NSE will be the largest client and user of the new building.
